Order Information: Orders typically ship within 24 hours, usually same day depending on the time order. Email confirmation with tracking or delivery information is emailed through the shipping carrier, such as USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS. International destinations may receive a tracking or delivery notification depending on the carrier selected, as well as the destination. International delivery times are based upon the carrier selected as well as possible delay's in customs of the receiving country.

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Should a problem or issue arise, please follow the guidelines below for sending a product back to us. The key to any issue is communication. Please email or phone us as soon as you realize that there is an issue or a problem with your purchase.

Refund and Return Policy:  Money Back Guarantee on unopened items within 7 days. Store credit for unopened returns within 30 days. Before you return an item, you must e-mail us with a description of the problem, you must follow any instructions that we provide in response to your e-mail, and you must obtain our approval to return the item. If you return an item to us, you must meet all of the requirements listed below to be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund of the item price:

• Complete the RMA Request Form
• Return the item in the same condition as received with no damage, marking, or alteration.
• Include all packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.
• Include a copy of our invoice for the item.
• Pack the item for damage-free return shipping as if it is brand new and perfect, even if you believe that the product is defective.
• You must pay the cost to ship the item back to us.
• This return policy does not apply to Clearance Items, Discontinued items, or model changes stated by the manufacturer.

Warranties and Liability: In no event shall RC Accessory, Inc., our officers, employees, agents or subcontractors, be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal theory for lost profits, lost revenues, lost business opportunities, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or any other form of damages, any and all of which are hereby excluded, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether any party or any entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

International Sales: We routinely sell and ship to most countries, but we reserve the right to decline to sell or ship any item for export to any country. We limit the countries that we ship to including Libya, North Korea, Turkey, Israel, Iran, Italy, and Vietnam. If we believe that any of the following apply, we will not sell or ship an item for export:

• An export permit from the United States government is required.
• It would be illegal under the laws of the United States or the destination country.
• There is an unacceptable risk that the item will not reach the addressee.
• Any form of payment maybe denied if there is an indication of fraud. Paypal payments that are Unverified and/or have an Unconfirmed shipping address will not be accepted. Some countries due to privacy laws do not allow Paypal to have confimed addresses. While this is beyond the consumers control, none the less we do not accept these payments.

Under no circumstance would RC Accessory, Inc. be held liable for any duty or custom monies that maybe required for entry into the receiving country. If you are unsure of your duty taxes, contact your country's Customs authority.

Lithium batteries can be shipped internationally through Fed Ex only. USPS effective May 16, 2012 will no longer accept lithium batteries for international shipping. This includes Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
